Vacancy Details :
- Assistant Director : 176 Posts
- Junior Telecom Officer : 145 posts
Educational Qualification :
- Assistant Director : Officers working under Central/State Govt,/13SNL,/MTNL,other PSU's and holding analogous post of Junior Telecom Officer.
- Junior Telecom Officer : Regular basis in Central/State Govt in the pay scale PB2 with the Grade pay of Rs.4600 (as per the CPC) or holding JTO or analogous post in BSNL/MTNU/ITIT/TCIL.
Age Limit :
- Candidates age should not exceed 46 years and for more details refer the DOT notification.
Selection Process :
Selection process for DOT recruitment is as follows,
- Written test.
- Interview.
Pay Scale :
- The DOT offers a pay scale to its employees according to the post they are recruited in.The basic pay scale in assistant director job is given below,
- Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34,800/- Grade pay Rs.4600/-
